ebrc awarded by EuroCloud Luxembourg "Best Case Study Example of Cloud Services for Public Sector 2011"

Resilience is part of the ebrc genome. This concept has been transposed from the Data Centre world into the cloud concept. ebrc Trusted Cloud is built to ensure the security and the integrity of the hosted data: it is aimed to enterprises having to manage sensitive data or critical business IT systems.
ebrc manages the entire stack of the solution, from the Data Centre until the hypervisor layer. Having a single integrator managing its IT infrastructure ensures ebrc Clients to keep an effective control on their IT systems. ebrc Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) is based on solid building blocks: it uses first-class hardware for the networking, the storage and the computing resources, and is based on a solid hypervisor.
For security and redundancy reasons, these equipments are hosted in two of ebrc Luxembourg Tier IV certified Data Centres. These hardware and software blocks are operated following ebrc best standard practices to deliver reliable services. Each client is hosted in its own isolated Trusted Cloud, walled from outside in its own DMZ and its private VLAN’s.
Trust requires well defined SLAs : ebrc Trusted Cloud is based on strong SLAs implemented on strong KPIs. These SLAs are clearly translated in a contract which covers the entire IT life cycle, from the project initiation until the reversibility cause.
